1. DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE U.S.?

YES. MEDBULB.com is an international company. We ship all over the world.  Please E-mail a detailed shipping address (including your local postal codes) and a detailed listing of the quantity and part numbers to:

We will respond with a ProForma Invoice which will include pricing, shipping costs, bank wire transfer (or PayPal) payment details.  Once we confirm receipt of your payment we will ship your order and send you the relevant tracking numbers.

 

2. DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS FROM OUTSIDE THE USA?

Our policy is to only accept Credit Card Payments from the USA and Canada, due to significant losses for fraudulant use of international credit cards we will only accept payment by bank wire transfer or PayPal from customers outside of the USA and Canada.

For PayPal payments E-mail our customer service with the items and quantities you plan to purchase. Also send your detailed shipping address and method of shipment so we can send you a PayPal Invoice.  You can then simply make your payment through the PayPal system.

3. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY SEARCH DOES NOT PULL UP THE PRODUCT I WANT?

If your search does not produce the product you want, e-mail the specifications to us.  Click on search help and complete the form and e-mail it to us or call us at (888) 633-2852 to speak to a customer service representative. We will do the research for you and respond with availability and price. We carry thousands of bulbs, but not all are on our web site.

 

4. ARE THERE ANY MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENTS?

Yes.  There are a few items that require a minimum quantity purchase.

 

5. Can I PHONE for information or PLACE AN ORDER BY PHONE?

Yes you can. Locations inside the US can call us toll free at (888) 633-2852. Outside the US our number is (708) 839-1154. Our normal business hours are from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM Central Time (Chicago).

 

6. Can I set up an OPEN ACCOUNT so I can USE PURCHASE ORDERS?

Yes, to set up an open account first register and log into the web site. Download the “Credit Application Form .pdf file” on the DOWNLOADABLE CATALOGS page.  You can fax the completed form to us at (855) 515-7293.  We will inform you when your credit is approved and will send instructions how to order using purchase orders.  Our credit terms for purchase orders are net 30 days.

 

7. How do I make changes in my Billing and Shipping information?
